TUNA TRIANGLE PIZZAS #tuna #pizza #wraps #food #Recipe #Ramadan #tiktokfood #foryou #foryoupage #fy #fyp TUNA FILLING 15 ml olive oil 120 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) 75 gr red bell pepper (half a red bell pepper) 75 gr zucchini 75 gr green olives 140 gr tuna (1 can in sunflower oil) 1 gr salad seasoning 1 gr Italian seasoning 1.5 gr cayenne pepper (½ teaspoon) 100 gr grated cheese TOMATO MIXTURE 50 gr tomato paste 100 ml water 1 gr dried oregano GARNISH Grated cheese Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced yellow onion, red bell pepper, zucchini, and green olives. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add tuna, salad seasoning, Italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Finally, add the grated cheese and cook until melted. Let the tuna mixture cool slightly. In a bowl, combine the tomato paste with water and oregano. Mix well. Place a wrap on your work surface and cut it in half. Take half a wrap and spread a layer of tomato mixture in the top left corner. Then, place a full tablespoon of the tuna mixture on top. Fold the top left corner diagonally over the tuna mixture, creating a triangular filled pouch. Then, fold the triangle in a zigzag pattern, folding each side over to the other side to maintain the shape. Tuck the protruding part of the wrap into an open slot to seal it. Place the tuna triangle pizzas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with the tomato paste mixture and sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Place the tuna triangle pizzas in a preheated oven at 200 °C (392 °F). Bake for 8-12 minutes.
