Your palms should be facing downwards. 3. On your next exhale, slowly twist to the right, making sure that you move from your waist. 4. On your next inhale, slowly return to your original starting position. 5. On your next exhale, slowly twist to the left. 6. On your next inhale, slowly return to your original starting position. 7.
