Not only do these not last, but these trends are typically just BS rules that have no evidence (like the borax health trend) 2. They know that change takes time and consistency. You are not going to get it right from day 1. You will “fail” so many times but the ONLY thing that matters is you keep trying. You had McDonald’s for lunch? So what? Balance it out at your next meal. That one meal won’t make or break your health. 3. Gut health is so so important for literally everything. You improve your gut health by focusing on eating more fruits, veg, whole grains, more plant-based foods. When your gut is functioning as it should be, you’ll feel so much better from the inside out. 4. Balance is everything. People LOVEEEE to worry about ONE ingredient that some random person on the internet has demonized. BUT then they’re not even eating their fruits & veg or exercising or minding their own business. That one ingredient will not matter if your so hung up on every little thing you put in your body or if you’re spending your time gossiping about other people LOOOL.
