In some companies, onboarding has become impersonal. Most people are just left on their own and made to read a policy book/watch training videos…..

This happened to me I raised it with the list and they fired me. I took them to court and won. I think you should just leave don’t waste your time.

This happened to me. My manager went on holiday the week I started then i was let go the day after I raised concerns 🤷🏼♀️

Happened to me too… got no suport or training even when i asked. Eventually got laid off even though i was hitting all my set goals for the year
