@mariannas_pantry: Cottage cheese pasta sauce??? My go to way to have this sauce is with protein pasta, chicken sausage, and some broccoli! Protein pasta sauce ingredients: 2 cups of your favorite pasta sauce 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice Instructions: 1. Add everything to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth! 2. Store in a large jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
