You should used oil based paint pens instead they stick a lot better to a lot of surfaces, sharplie makes them.

I recommend Quick Coat by CCDIY. It’s a Non yellowing urethane sealer then let it dry 24 hrs prior2 application/epoxy.

question, if u had to do touch ups, why didnt you just use a smaller tipped posca pen if that's what more comfortable for you
