Trying to remember how I did it. Lol. 11 years ago though. 8 pm was bedtime and routine started about 7. Dinner at 6 to keep full. Idr anything else

dr says if baby is sleeping 8 hours theyre sleeping through night. mine always needed a 4 am feed

Try not having her go back to sleep after she’s awake at 6am. I think Cara says ideal wake time is between 6-7am and that has worked well for us!
