ughhhh i was on spironolactone for 4 months and it didn’t help me! i’m happy it worked for you! i started BC last night as a last resort, so im praying.

I got off of my combination pill in December while I was also taking spironolactone and did not experience bad breakout still taking spironolactone

Speaking from just my own experience, going off birth control and spiro cold turkey caused major breakouts and hair fallout :( so just talk to your dr
