Why don’t you use the wake windows or nap schedule? We used TCB and our son wakes 1x/nt or sleeps completely through 10-11hrs since 4mo old.

People do lie about that. TCB defines it as sleeping 10-12 hours with no parent support or feeding ar all. There’s so much pressure on it.

I don’t get up at night for at least 8 hours. But he doesn’t use a pacifier which I think helps cause he doesn’t wake up looking for one

We did sleepwise training from birth which is similar to TCB , it took a lot of work but just this week he has been going down 9p-8am

We do use wake windows and naps don’t go more than 2 hours for the long nap. She probably naps 4 hours max for the day..

We have been NAP training for a month and he just started only waking up ONCE to eat at night 🙏🏼🙏🏼

How much does she eat ? My first started sleeping through the night at 2 months and was taking like 4 oz of formula and wasn’t waking up at all

We didn’t sleep train until our son turned one. It took one night using the Ferber method. Maybe try when she’s older and doesn’t require feedings.

68% of babies require night feedings until around a year old! It’s completely normal and sometimes babies will stop them
