Cues ☝🏻 1️⃣ Incline DB Press: We’re trying to line up our arm path here with the fibers of our upper chest that run a bit more vertical. Be sure not to throw your elbows too much or keep them in front of your shoulders. Go down as deep as you can on the negative to lengthen that pec a bit more. 2️⃣ DB Chest Press: Again, keep your elbows more tucked. Make sure your arm path aligns with that mid-pec. 3️⃣ Cable Cross Fly: Keep those elbows bent on the eccentric here to maintain tension on your chest. I’m crossing my hands at the top of the movement here for a bit more range of motion 4️⃣ High-to-Low: Because our lower chest fibers run downward we’re going to try to match that angle with that high to low cable.
