@iricksnacks: Say “YUM” if you would eat this Stuffed Zucchini Lasagna 🤤🙌 How to make it: Peel 2 medium zucchini’s into thin sheets, salt heavily & pat dry to remove moisture. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano. Mix in marinara sauce & let it simmer for a few minutes. Roll it into your zucchini & place upright in a baking dish. Top with more marinara & mozzarella. Bake covered @ 375F for 25 minutes. Remove the cover & put back in for 5-10 more minutes. Take it out & enjoy! 😋 Pro tip: Using a mandolin makes things a lot easier when peeling the zucchini 👍
