Can we normalize taking care of ourselves. I do get it. I do. But I wish we could realize how much healthier for ourselves to spend time to make sure we’re good. Not relying on technology that we couldn’t afford if it wasn’t for insurance .

My Dr just told me she’s putting me on this, I was diagnosed at age 4 with type 1 & hashimotos I’m so happy I’m not going to be poking myself every little while 🥹🤞🏻 my injection sites HURT😭
