@kacie_thebigcleanco: Mopping without injury. We all need to look after our lower back, but being tall I’m even more conscious of the fact I so often need to bend to do things shorter people can do upright. A long mop stick is essential for me. Make sure you’ve got the right size for your height (some sticks are tiny!). It only takes one wrong move to cause a lifetime of pain: so when mopping - stay upright, don’t be aggressive - no vigorous strokes: use good product, warm water, and rely more on the tools than the force. Sway with your strokes rather than bracing your back against it. Be like a long piece of grass in a gentle breeze 😅 it’s a slow dance.
