كبسة دجاج: قطعت البصل شرايح رفيعه وقليتها فالزيت عقب شليتها و حطيت دجاجه منزوعه الجلد و قطعتها اربع انصاف، خليتها تتحمر في كل وجبه تقريباً خمس دقايق وعقب رجعت البصل و حطيت الطماط لين ذبل وعقبها الثوم و اوراق الكاري و لومي يابس، حطيت معجون طماط علبه كامله وماجي حمستهم على طرف القدر وعقب حمستهم رباعه، حطيت البطاطس و الجزر وعقب البهارات ( ملح، فلفل اسود، بهارات الكاري، بزار ( هذا حسابهم في الانستا: roubt_albayt) احط الماي لين يتسبك شوي واحط فلفل رومي، فلفل حار ( اختياري) واحط دبس الرمان و صويا صوص حلوه ازيد الماي و عقب اطلع الدياي، احمره في الفرن بس من فوق وعقب اطلعه، احط العيش واسكر عليه واخليه ٥ دقايق وعقب ابطله و اصف الدجاج و احط فوقه البصل المقلي و الجزر المقلي و الكزبره، اخليه ١٠ دقايق على نار منخفضه جدا جدا و عقب احطه في الصحن و بالعافيه عليكم English: Slice and fry onions until golden, then set aside. Add rice, steam for 5 minutes, then return the chicken to the pot garnish with fried onions, carrots, and coriander.
