If I had a gigantic mortar and pestle to make pesto, I would use it! But alas, I only have a dinky one for grinding up spices 😅🫣 so the vitamix it is! I love a good white lasagna! The basil in our garden is prolific this year, so I am trying to make the best of it by putting up as much pesto as possible.
