That speed limit must be an Eastern stated thing. WA is 100 for RT unless company policy states 90.

not sure about other states, but L and P platers in SA can’t go over 100km

because truck speedos are accurate and cars are down by 10% most of the time so 100 is 90 and 110 is 100 for cars
