TGIF🍻 GET YOUR WHISKEY READY!💃🏾💃🏾 Nigerian peppered meat(beef)was indeed super!👆🏾 This kind of recipe warms the body up especially during cold weather. 👍 The part is cow meat I used for preparation of this super Nigerian peppered meat(beef) is known as best cut. It’s also called plain meat. 👍 Peppered meats are a huge staple and not only in some Nigerian homes, but in Nigerian parties. There is no party without peppered meats as a finger or appetizer ( 9ja people dey chop meats o)😁 Nigerians love peppered meats , if you ever lived in Nigeria, you should be able to remember the hawker who sold buns, puff puff and peppered beef. Azin ehn, we dey sweet( English, ajebo person no fit understand)😂 Creating this recipe was not so difficult. As the name implies, it entails the use of mostly and if possible only peppers. For this recipe , you could use mostly bell peppers for a little sweetness and the habanero (ata rodo)peppers for spicy effect. You could add a little tomatoes for dousing the spiciness of the sauce , but it is totally optional.( but no use oo) I went the easy way by using already Meade Atadindin i.e Nigerian pepper sauce (atadindin is quite handy you know). The sauce can be used to eat yam, or plantain.
