These are perfect for summertime pool parties and a great way to feed a crowd. Ingredients: 1 Package of puff pastry (thawed) 6 slices of sweet ham 6 slices of Swiss cheese 3/4 cup of shredded mojo pork (lechon) 2 tbsp of yellow mustard 12 pickle slices 1 egg Roll out your sheet of puff pastry, cut into 6 rectangles and add one half to a nonstick baking pan or parchment paper. On each pastry dough rectangle place down one slice of ham, about 2 tbsp of lechon, 2 pickles, 1 slice of Swiss cheese and a light drizzle of mustard. Crack your egg into a small bowl and whisk. Using a pastry brush or your finger, brush egg wash around the edges of the bottom pastry. Grab the remaining pastry sheet and cut into another six rectangles. Place and press down the other pastry sheet on top of the cubano & seal the edges. Using a toothpick or a knife, cut a small hole at the top of the pastry to allow the steam out while it bakes. Brush the top of the pastries with egg wash and bake for 20 min at 400 degrees until golden! #sedanos #ad #pastelitoscubanos #miami
