A lot of people use Walmart delivery and Instacart on EBT & can’t tip. That’s the only way some ppl can get groceries.

I think it depends on the area. I make more on DD than IC. I can easily get 20-30+ in an hour on DD. IC wants to pay me $7 for shop&deliver 50+ items

People don’t understand that tipping is what the jobs make it worth it. Or else we can’t have these great services if everyone doing these jobs quit.

I do spark delivery which is walmart! tips have almost been zero alot lately and spark has lowered there pay as well

15 years ago I worked for a pharmacy where we would deliver for $10-$15...no complaints. Now w/ Instacart people bitch about giving a $4 tip to drive

Add Walmart spark driver to the bs job too. They are terrible and the customer must think we work for Walmart cause they don’t tip
