I had reconstruction after lumpectomy and I have the same issue with not being able to relieve the itch near incisions,it’s been a couple years😳😬

If u r with runny nose it is cose you need a nose spray of mometasone for some seasons, then it will feel like a rubber or weird for a year at least.
