I took my dog to four paws in Burslem it cost a bit more than I use to pay and took a bit longer but she came back not stressed out and will take her back again

The thing is, even if we're one on one, some dogs take more time because we don't want to traumatize them too badly.

The most important thing is to make sure it’s a good experience for the dog. And I love owners who let the groomer know if the dog is old or anxious

my husband lost his mind when it took 8 hours for our westie-pom to be groomed (his baby) I explained to him that they don't cut his hair and that he needs lots of breaks and that they rotate between dogs so Tugg can have an enjoyable experience. he had a fit each time because of how long it took. so I started having him groomed when hubs would be out of town so he wouldn't even know how long it took...just how good he looked when he got home
