I hit abs 5 times a week. only because I train strength and endurance, and I only do maybe 2-3 ab exercises. no need to go super hard

i built them up. haven't trained them with isolated exercises since but i still have visible abs at 20%bf

Yeah I notinced that when I hit a whole body workout (not abs) then my abs are sore the next day. I honestly stoped hitting them bc I already have a good 6 pack, but I’ll start hitting them 1or2 a week
