@katerobbllc: I remember the first time I got a strange review regarding color on an item… “Design was super cute, but color is definitely more blue than purple.” I immediately contacted @Printify and of course they helped walk me through fixing this - and sent a free replacement item to my customer! Here’s the gist of what happened so you can avoid this mistake… the hex code I had selected for my design looked fine on my computer screen, but in reality the color wasn’t pulling enough red values to make the design print a true purple. Now, # 6A1581 is my go to hex code for purple items, and I haven’t received any complaints since making the switch!
