1) Our problem is that he is undpredictable when meeting dogs now. We have come a long way but sometimes he wag his tail and looks like he just wants to play (always on leash) and then out of nowhere

Yes! Distance is the key. Your dog has to trust that you have got its back and aren’t going to put it in the trigger zone.

This trainer, unlike dog daddy-took advantage of the dog freaking and used it’s moments to generate pressure to encourage em to calm down. You gave the dog space and time to process, amazing training!
