@emilyhackettfitness: Part 3 | 80/20 fat loss challenge (week 1 update) If you’ve been following my updates on my stories this week you will know I didn’t exactly get of to the best start 🤣 Thursday went out for dinner with friends, drunk way to much and spent all day hungover in bed Friday. Saturday went to the gym and pulled my back 20 minutes into my session and ended up back in bed for the rest of the weekend 🤦🏼‍♀️ BUT in spite of that I’ve still made progress! 👏🏻 How? 👉🏻 Because although I was hungover, I still made good food choices the day after. 👉🏻 I didn’t let one night out throw me off track for the entire week 👉🏻 I still tracked my food throughout the week and stayed within 1900-2100 calories 👉🏻 I prioritised nutrient dense foods but still tracked in delicious foods when I fancied it (swipe to see some of the foods I ate this week) 👉🏻 And even though I only trained twice this week due to my back strain I still not 10k steps every. This is exactly what the 80/20 challenge is about. To show you girls that you don’t have PERFECT to get results 🙌🏻 Next week I’m hoping to add in another leg workout and will be focusing on hitting the lower range of my calories Monday - Friday to give me more calories to play with Saturday night! 🥂 I hope you’re finding this series helpful!
