@shiapage: There is a tradition of a conversation between Allah, Subhana wa Ta'ala, and the prophet Moses, alayhi as-salam, and the Lord tells the prophet Moses, alayhi as-salam, that the community of Muhammad, salla Allahu alayhi wa aliyh, is favoured in ten ways above your own community. When he asks Him about the ten ways in which the community is favoured, He replies: and one of them is 'Ashura. When Nabi Musa, alayhi as-salam, asks about Ashura, the reply comes from the Lord, where He states that Ashura is the day where they will kill the grandson of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him and his family.
