When it came to light that Polter could not use any magic at all, nor could he learn as well as Nightmare had originally planned, the interest in him dropped quickly. Now, he’s only kept around so he could give loose fitted reports on AUs he has visited, a majority of them not being ones of interest. After the idea of replacing Polter had simmered for a while, Nightmare had presented an idea to Dave. They both know there’s one person with a surefire link to Polter’s creator. And theh both know that It would listen to Dave for anything he may ask. However, the creation of another goon asked too much. When Lucille came to be, after intense arguing and loose threats, it was shown that she was incredibly unstable, but capable of doing exactly what Nightmare needed her to do. Collect data and reports, and spread the bad word. Her purpose is none other than to survive, obey, and serve. Any mess ups leads to her termination and a retry on the goon making. Still, shes capable of thinking for herself. Even after years of indoctrination and manipulating, she still envies her half brother for having a free life. Touching her invites the worst pain and thoughts imaginable. Talking with her proves difficult; as anyone except for her “parents” hear her words behind muffled screams. She is liquid, but seems to be constantly steaming. She has access to the pocket dimension, as does Dave and Polter. Dave cares for her, but more in a pity way than anything. She suffers constant, chronic pain. She is neither human nor monster. She can travel through the AUs, but, unless it’s wherever Nightmare’s castle is located, she shows up as nothing more than a bad feeling in the air. Nobody can see her, just feel her presence. She’s not allowed to have hobbies or interests. She’s not allowed to talk with Polter, and can only occasionally communicate with Dave or the rest of the crew (not including Nightmare). She sleeps in an old supply room. Holding a conherent physical form is hard, and if she does then she risks getting Polter or Dave horribly sick. Her creation put a huge dent in Horror and Dave’s relationship. Touching her will burn like acid. Inhaling the steam that comes off her is like taking a hallucigenic. Her name is based off of “Lucid,” or “Lucid Dreaming.” She can blend into the shadows. Despite neither parent needing food or sleep, she does. She cannot see other people’s faces, She cannot recognize herself in the mirror. thats all i have in her, i think her story is corny as HELL!! but idk im using her as an excuse to make new chadacter designs LMFAO
