Mallorca 🌊 Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands, known for its beautiful beaches, stunning mountains and incredible food scene. I’d recommend visiting in September, when the islands quieter but the weather is still beautiful. Spend a few days in Palma, exploring the old town and the cathedral, before hiring a car and stopping off at the many beautiful coves for a dip. 2. Santorini 🏝 One of the most popular Greek islands, and for good reason. Known for its blue domed churches and cliff houses built into the caldera, it’s a real bucket list destination. If you can, check into one of the cave houses, at least for a couple of nights, and watch the sunset over Oia from your private pool. Make sure you do the cliff walk from Fira to Oia, visit a winery, and feast out on Gyros and tzatziki. 3. Dubrovnik 🇭🇷 Dubrovnik is one of my favourite places I’ve ever been. The city dates back to the 7th century and there’s bundles of history to be discovered. It’s home to brilliant restaurants, incredible architecture, and amazing beach bars built into the rocks.
