@our_cookingjourney: I'm guessing some of you have never heard of Fregula? 🧐🤌 It's a type of pasta from Sardinia and the speciality of this pasta is its shape. They are like small crumbs of pasta, of different sizes, and they're made by kneading semolina and water for a long time before toasting in the oven. Fregula can be treated like a risotto or a cous cous. I wanted to show you something easy, simple and fresh, perfect for summer. For this recipe you can really make it your own by using different types of seasonal vegetables depending on where you're from! 😌 Making fregula from scratch is a very long process and not very easy, so for this video I used the shop bought version (you can find this in Italian delis). I'm will be shooting a video soon where I can show you the whole process!
