@mattsfitchef: protein French toast bites • INGREDIENTS - 2 protein bread slices ( @Prozis_official discount code MATTSFIT) - 1 egg - 1 egg white - 2 tbsp milk of choice - 20 g (1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder - 1⁄2 to 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (erythritol, to taste) - pinch salt Protein Vanilla Dip (optional) - 80 g (1/3 cup) Greek yogurt - 15 g (2 tbsp) vanilla protein powder - milk of choice (to thin) DIRECTIONS - Dice bread into cubes. - In a medium bowl whisk together one egg, 1 egg white, milk of choice, vanilla protein powder, sweetener of choice and pinch salt. - Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely. - Heat up a midsize skillet over medium high and grease with cooking spray. Cook bites for a couple of minutes on both sides. As an alternative, air fry in hot air fryer at 180 Cº (360 Fº) for 5 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Protein Vanilla Dip - In a bowl stir together Greek yogurt with vanilla whey protein and little milk of choice to consistency.
