@nikittalouise1: How good do these ‘Ham’ & Cheese pastry wraps look?! They are made using @Quorn_uk Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices which are a perfect alternative to traditional ham for those who like me are meat-eaters looking to cut back on their meat intake. They take less than 15 mins to make so if you are looking for quick & easy lunch/snack ideas make sure you give this a save! To make 6 pastries you will need: 1 pack puff pastry 1 pack @Quorn_uk Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices 125g grated cheese (I used a mix of mozzarella & cheddar but any is fine) 1 tbsp tomato puree mixed with a splash of water 2 tsp italian herbs 1 egg Sesame seeds (optional) Cut the pastry in to 6 equal squares Split the tomato puree & italian herbs between each one Do the same with the cheese & Quorn Ham making sure to keep this positioned in the middle Fold opposite corners of each pastry in to each other so they meet in the middle then egg wash each one putting a bit underneath the fold to keep it stuck down when cooking Top each one with some sesame seeds then cook in the air fryer for 10 mins at 190 or 10 mins at 200 in the oven ••• ••• ••• #Quorn #QuornDeli #lunchideas #lunchidea #lunchinspo #vegetarianrecipe #vegetarianmeals #vegetarianeats #vegetarianlunch #vegetariansnacks #cheesepull #puffpastry #lunchboxideas #lunchprep #lunchrecipes
