anxiety attack, i usually stay calm and close my eyes if im alone, if im near someone i ask for a hug if that helps been there and it sucks ☹️

yup I had that! went to er and took so many tests and scans and it was just my inflamed rib that caused panic attack 🙃 now I suffer from anxiety
