6 Simple Form Corrections ✅⬇️ 1️⃣ RDL: When your shoulders roll forward you're not targeting your posterior chain as much, as you're actively shortening the range of motion. Think chest out & shoulders back 2️⃣ Bench Press: Hyperextension of the wrist under load can lead to wrist pain & can also deviate the bar path. Instead, squeeze onto the bar to neutralize your grip. 3️⃣ Strict Press: Roll shoulder down and back plus gaze up towards the corner of the ceiling. Aim for your arms to be in line with your ears at the top of the press. 4️⃣ KB Grip: Have your wrist straight into a punch position. This might be uncomfortable at first, but you will get use to it. This allows you to have more control over the kettlebell and engage your core, lats, chest. 5️⃣ Lat Pull-down: Flaring the elbows back & up can potentially injure your shoulders & also ineffectively contract your lats. Instead, pull your elbows down and together whilst keeping your shoulders down. 6️⃣ Elbow Plank: To properly engage your core tuck your pelvis in, press your hands flat on the floor while keeping your chest and eyes gazed up.
