Been there done that if it's had multiple rotors / calipers it's the brake hose. Had a dodge 9k miles same issue

notice the difference when the lug nuts come around? to be an accurate measurement should have all 5 lug nuts on and torqued to spec

WRONG! Remove caliper and bracket.. bolt wheel back on and toque. THEN use dial indicator on the back side of the rotor..

I will say this is hardly a mistake, it's pretty uncommon to see this so checking it after the second set of rotors warped is better than most shops

On car brake lathe hub matches and fixes that Toyota actualy has TSB's to on car cut even new rotors on most of their vehicles.
