I was finally diagnosed at 35 years old. I’ve been on antidepressants for over a decade. Finally weening off of those now! Haven’t felt this good ever

I think so many of us are high achievers because we need constant stimulus. Then it’s impossible to get help when we burn out. Killed my career.
