@mirlifts: On some days I add extra stretches based on how I feel. Working a sedentary job results in my hips and ankles feeling extra tight at the end of the day so I always take extra time to open them up. I do each stretch for at least 30 seconds or until I feel my mobility has improved. You should try them out!
