Me and my husband have it- different types. He can function on 2 hours sleep and alcohol and I can’t function on less than 8 hours and can at most

If I don’t get my 10/11 hours I just can not function, my seizures are worse and also like I will just fall asleep at random points in the day. 1/2

I'm the same, although it's not epilepsy which causes it, I mentally become unwell if I don't get a full 10 hours on a weekday and then weekends I end
