@happykidskitchen: 🍌🍓🥜Just 4 ingredients and so much fun to make and eat! These frozen banana pops have the most delicious PB&J flavor combo. You have to try them! 🍌Here’s how: 4 ripe but firm bananas 1 cup thick Greek yogurt (use vanilla or sweeten plain to taste with honey or maple syrup) 2 to 3 strawberries 2 Tbsp peanut butter Cut bananas in half and carefully place popsicle sticks in the cut side. Place on a parchment lined pan or plate and freeze for at least 2 hours. Blend the yogurt and strawberries and pour into a tall glass. Dip the frozen bananas in the strawberry yogurt and place back in the freezer. Do this as quickly as possible so the yogurt doesn’t start to melt. If the coating is thin, you can freeze the bananas for 20 min and then do another coat of yogurt. Drizzle the frozen bananas with peanut butter. If your peanut butter is too thick, heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Store the bananas in the freezer in a freezer bag or covered container. They really are so delicious and perfect for kids to help make! #cookingwithkids 🙌 Who’s making them this week?😊💕 #banana #frozenbanana #funfood #funfoodforkids #kidsfood #frozentreats #kidsactivities
