@make_europa_great_again: Ruslana Danilkina joined the Ukrainian Army at 18. She lost her leg under the Russian shelling in Kherson region. Ruslana is unbelievably strong and motivated. She has big dreams and I don't doubt for a second that she will accomplish anything she wants. The Wall Street Journal writes that 50,000 Ukrainians lost one or more limbs during the war against Russia. The real figure may be much higher than the estimate, as medical institutions do not immediately register patients after amputations. These figures can be compared to the figures of World War I when about 67,000 Germans and about 41,000 Britons underwent amputations. Whereas at the beginning of the war the main causes of amputations were injuries from artillery and rocket fire, now many people are injured by landmines. #slavaukraine #ukrainewillwin #war #russiainvadesukraine #russiaterorriststate🇷🇺 #soldier#fightforland #fightforlife #peacefromukraine #zsu #heros #🇺🇦
