Not only does it cook pizza to perfection w/ controlled high heat up to 700 degrees so you don’t have to flip it around mid-cook, but you can slow smoke meats to tender perfection. Link in my bio to check it out! @NinjaKitchen _______________________________________ 𝙎𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙊𝙭𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡: •Marinate in any premade jerk sauce for at least 1hr •Preheat your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven to 275 •Get the marinated oxtail on the included rack and pro-heat pan •Add in some pellets then place pan w/ oxtail in the oven and smoke for 2hrs •In an aluminum tray add in some beef broth, smoked oxtail and drippings. Top off with more beef broth then cover w/ aluminum foil •Place back in the oven at 275 and cook another 2hrs •When done let cool for 15mins then shred and set aside 𝙅𝙚𝙧𝙠 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚: •1c tomato sauce •1/4c premade jerk sauce •1/4c heavy cream 𝙅𝙚𝙧𝙠 𝙊𝙭𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖: •Preheat your Ninja Woodfire outdoor oven to 700 degrees •Assemble your pizza •Making sure to flour your dough to not stick •Add in a ladle of sauce, mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, red onions and jalapeños •Then top w/ shredded jerk oxtail and jerk seasoning over pizza and crust •When oven is ready add in your pizza and cook for 3 mins. •When you hear the signature Ninja beep your pizza is done.
