Last time I did the same thing just added cabbage leaves in my bra ! They help to dry you out.

Also my doula said that it may take several weeks/few months to be COMPLETELY dried up but just to shorten pumping/nursing over time

When I stopped pumping sometimes a few days later I would get sore and just do a random pump. I think that happened like 2 or 3 times before I was 1/2
