@highspeeddining: East coast crab duo was fantastic. Crunchy soft shell crab tempura from Maryland with Hawaiian heart of palm was my favorite of the two. The peekytoe crab "Fricassée" from Maine with green curry coulis was a tasty cold salad. Hot and crispy beats a cold salad any day for me. Since my tasting menu was made from normal sized dishes I got two servings of each, bigger portions than the chefs tasting menu.
