I was raised on 5 min mole, my wife makes the 5 hr mole but I prefer 5 min mole but I don't tell her because she enjoys cooking. But when I go to my parents house I always ask if she can make me mole.

You don’t need to do all this buy a regular raw chicken for the store make the mole add chicken and spices add white rice on to the side

My grandma uses way more ingredients than this and she uses a molino de mano and me and my brother always took turns bc it takes almost a whole day just to prep the ingredients before even making the actual mole sauce
