Keep an eye on this before birth also! Had bad swelling, kept an eye on my blood pressure and ended up with an induced labor due to hypertension.

What helped me tremendously was purchasing a foot massager. The swelling went down quickly.

Thank you so much for this! I’m 4 days ppd from my 3rd baby and did receive oxytocin & saline. My ankles have swollen so much and they didn’t do this with the other 2 and I was starting to get concerned🥲 I’ll try elevation & compression socks
