@ms.thessa: Cookie Monster🍪😈💙 I did not expect this blue cookie to be sooooo good 😩 ingredients: 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp blue food gel (or it depends on how bright you’d like your cookie to be) 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup chocolate chips OREOS and Chips Ahoy for filling and topping Instruction: * Preheat the oven to 350º F. * In a large mixing bowl combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. * Add in the eggs, vanilla extract and blue food gel. Mix until well combine. * Mix in the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt). * Fold in white chocolate chips and chocolate chips. * Scoop a portion of dough, flatten it, and place Chips Ahoy and Oreo cookies on top. * Cover with more dough and carefully seal the sides to encase the cookies inside. * Arrange the stuffed cookie dough balls on a baking sheet and chill in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes. * Bake for 17 minutes. * Allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
