What were you charging? For a 1300sqft, 4 bed bath it’s 125 for short stays, 150 for longer. About $25 an hour.

I only have VR clients, it’s the majority market in area and I don’t like being watched. If you do 1 deep clean to start, it gets easier to maintain.

I think this really depends on your area. We make bank on or rentals. But they aren’t for everyone.

Location is key! We made 6 figures the last 3 years only cleaning airbnbs! You have to know how to do a deep cleaning quickly which is easy because you’re cleaning it multiple times a week!
