Here’s how you can create a gel tip completely sculpted, using dual forms and hard gel. Step 1: find a dual form that fits sidewall to sidewall and is just half a mm bigger. Fill it with hard gel from the middle and move the product towards the edge (keep it thin here!) Step 2: attach from the middle and press down until sidewalls are flush. Don’t press down so hard otherwise you’ll lose the structure. Step 3: glass cure for 10 seconds and then fully cure in the big lamp for 120 sec. Step 4: pop the form off and continue with the builder gel overlay. Cure for another 120 seconds. Step 5: wipe sticky layer and buff with 240 grit nail file. And done!
