postpartum must haves Frida Perineal Foam is a life Saver. I give a bottle to all my pregnant friends. Nursing bras you will probably want/need eventually. But I was told to go bra free for the first several weeks by my midwife, and now that is what I recommend too! The special peri bottle that sprays up is actually worth it. idk why they dont all come like this to be honest. The 3am app is mandatory! you are just getting used to being up all hours of the night. Other real moms on this app are too! Restorolax. IYKYK. I think I went through 4 costco sized bottles untill I was back to normal 😋 Silverettes are good but they are expensive enough I would recommend waiting till you figure out if you need them or not! I was lucky and didnt need any so they just sat in my drawer 🙃 Any electrolyte powder! keeping up your hydration is key. #fourthtrimester #postpartumjourney #postpartumsupport #postpartumcheckin #postpartum
