My mom is a speech pathologist, so she knows some ASL. Growing up she sometimes used both hands AND eyes to yell a me across a room 😅🤣🤣🤣

fr! my asl teacher would be holding something in one hand and signing with the other a bunch! helped me learn how to see it without both hands!

I’m learning ASL, my son is also learning. When I sign while driving, he likes to be my second hand so I still have 2 😅

I love how expressive sign language is. it really is like a tonal language. like in Chinese Hong can mean something different based on the tone used.

Unfortunately my (bad) teacher claimed that 2 hand signs can ONLY be 2 hand signs so idk how to do 1 hand for some of them
