Uncooked pasta musts… add a little water everywhere. Extra to your sauce, water or milk in your filling. Put not watered down sauce on top at the end.

Make it in the morning with uncooked noodles, let it sit in the fridge and cook it that night. Cooks perfectly, noodles soak up the sauce

You just had a misstep you don’t need to precook or ad water just extra sauce all noodles must be covered in pasta not just coated.

i feel like you need to make the sause like you make the sause for lasagne. lasagne also goes uncooked into the oven but the sause is very watery at-

For my lasagna recipe we don’t cook the noodles and leave the foil on top for the whole cook time, works beautifully 👍

I don't put the cheese on first, I stir half way through, so the uncooked pasta gets underneath then put on the cheese for the last half 🙂

u oni added water at the bottom which was why the bottom pasta cooked but nt the top pasta so more water

@dawnleahwilson：I'd use cannelloni not the shells and you can pipe them with your cream cheese filling and you definitely don't need to pre cook it 😌

try to put the open side up.and under the pasta you need a bit more sauce, than again much sauce over the pasta. thats how i learned it from my nonna.
